By using ZHESS, you agree to use the service lawfully and follow these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

Players must compete fairly. Cheating, unauthorized assistance, result manipulation, impersonation, harassment, and deliberate disruption are not allowed.

Do not exploit bugs, attack the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other players, automate abusive activity, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

You are responsible for profile names, avatars, and other content you submit. Content must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful to other players.

ZHESS may offer trials and paid subscriptions for premium features. Pricing, billing period, trial terms, renewal information, and cancellation controls are presented through the applicable purchase platform before purchase.

Premium access depends on a valid account entitlement and may end when a trial or subscription expires. Signing in does not itself require a purchase.

ZHESS may update, repair, replace, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves or as needed for security, reliability, or legal reasons.

Access may be limited or terminated when an account violates these terms, abuses other players, threatens service security, or uses ZHESS unlawfully.
